Impartiality Policy
BMQR operates with complete independence and impartiality in all our assurance and verification services.
1. We do not offer consultancy services related to sustainability report writing, GHG inventory preparation, or ESG data compilation for clients to whom we provide assurance or verification.
2. Our internal team structure ensures separation between training/support services and assurance/verification teams, avoiding any conflicts of interest.
3. All verifiers and assurance professionals sign an impartiality and conflict of interest declaration for every engagement.

Confidentiality Policy
BMQR respects the confidentiality of our clients’ information and data.
1. All client information received during engagements is treated as strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without written consent.
2. Information is used solely for the purpose of assurance or verification and is stored securely with limited access.
3. All personnel involved in engagements are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and internal confidentiality clauses.

Use of Accreditation and Logos
1. BMQR is accredited by AccountAbility (AA1000AS v3) and AIAO (ISO 14065
for GHG Verification).
2. The use of AA1000 or AIAO logos is restricted and governed by the logo usage
guidelines of the respective accreditation bodies.
3. Clients may not use the AA1000 or AIAO logos unless explicitly authorized.
However, the assurance/verification statement issued by BMQR may be disclosed
or included in reports, with appropriate disclaimers.

Disclaimer
1. BMQR’s assurance and verification services are based on the information provided
by the client. While due diligence and sampling are applied, BMQR does not
guarantee the absolute completeness or accuracy of all data.
2. The assurance and verification statements issued by BMQR are:
o Limited to the scope and period defined.
o Intended solely for the use of the client and its stakeholders.
o Not to be misrepresented or used out of context.

Complaints and Appeals Policy
1. Complaints regarding the conduct of BMQR or our personnel may be submitted via our official contact form or email.
2. Appeals regarding assurance/verification decisions must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receiving the final report.
3. All complaints and appeals are reviewed independently and resolved in accordance
with our documented procedure.
